About Sara Suwan

Sara is an environmental activist from Palestine doing a bachelor degree in biology and biotechnology. Sara writes about climate politics the Middle East and North Africa. She served as the national coordinator of the Arab youth climate movement in 2013. Sara’s writing in Arabic helps to bridge the gap between global climate talks and youth in her region. Among her other talents are cross-stitching and designing handbags.
